These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of neuvegroup.com (the "Site"), operated by Neuve Group LLC, a Florida-licensed real estate brokerage. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
1. No advice; no offer
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not an offer to enter into a brokerage, management, or other agreement. No agency or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Site or by submitting a contact form. Any engagement with Neuve is governed by a separate, signed written agreement under broker supervision.
2. No guarantees
Neuve does not guarantee specific outcomes, rents, occupancy, returns, timelines, approvals, sale prices, or any other result. All figures, examples, or service descriptions are based on current information and are subject to confirmation and to market conditions.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Site in any unlawful manner or in any manner that infringes Neuve's or any third party's rights.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the Site's security, integrity, or availability.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent.
4. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, copy, photography, and other content on the Site are the property of Neuve Group LLC or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws. The "Neuve" name and lockup may not be used without written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site is permitted; any other reproduction, distribution, or republication requires prior written consent.

The Site may link to third-party sites or resources. Neuve does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
6. SMS messaging service
By providing your mobile phone number to Neuve Group LLC — through our contact form, by phone, in writing, or otherwise — you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Neuve. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message purpose. Messages may include service updates, appointment reminders, account notifications, status updates on an active inquiry or engagement, and customer support communications.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Neuve. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out at any time. Reply to any SMS message you receive from Neuve with any of the following keywords to opt out: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT. After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-opt in.

Supported carriers. SMS services are supported by most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket. Carrier availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sale of mobile data. Neuve does not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
SMS delivery disclaimer. SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. Neuve Group LLC does not guarantee message delivery, timeliness, or content fidelity.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Neuve does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Neuve, its members, officers, employees, agents, and licensees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Neuve's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
9. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms lies in the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
