Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Neuve Group LLC, a Florida-licensed real estate brokerage ("Neuve," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit neuvegroup.com, submit our contact form, or otherwise interact with Neuve. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. Name, email address, telephone number, property ZIP code, service type, property type, and any details you include in the message field of our contact form.
  • Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data may be collected through standard server logs and, where used, cookies or analytics tools.
  • Information from third parties. If you reach out by phone or email through a referral, we may receive contact information from the referring party.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to inquiries and prepare a written management or brokerage proposal where applicable, under broker supervision.
  • To comply with Florida real estate recordkeeping requirements (F.S. 475.5015) and other applicable law.
  • To improve site performance and the quality of our services.
  • To send service-related communications. We do not sell personal information.

3. How we share your information

We share personal information only with: (a) Neuve personnel and licensed agents operating under broker supervision; (b) service providers that support our operations (hosting, email, analytics, telephony, SMS delivery) under written confidentiality terms; (c) regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law; and (d) parties to a transaction (e.g., title, escrow, counsel) only with your knowledge and where consistent with the engagement.

4. Mobile information and SMS messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, telephony, or SMS delivery providers (for example, RingCentral), is permitted solely to deliver the service you requested. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

By providing your mobile phone number through our contact form, by phone, or otherwise, you consent to receive transactional and operational calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) from Neuve Group LLC related to your inquiry, service requests, scheduling, or active engagement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply with any of the following keywords to a text message you receive from us: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@neuvegroup.com or (305) 204-8175. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of other communications you have requested.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
