Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 23, 2026

Neuve Group LLC is committed to making our website, services, and physical office accessible to people with disabilities. We believe equal access is fundamental to fair housing and to delivering professional real estate services to every client we serve.

1. Standards we work toward

Neuve aims to align neuvegroup.com with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines help make web content more accessible to users who navigate by keyboard, screen reader, voice control, or other assistive technology.

2. Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time project. We periodically review the Site for compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA, address issues we identify, and incorporate accessibility into the design of new pages and templates. Some content provided by third parties or hosted on linked sites may not yet meet the same standard.

3. Features in place

  • Semantic HTML structure, with descriptive headings and landmarks.
  • Image alternative text on functional imagery.
  • Color contrast tested against WCAG 2.1 AA minimums for body copy and primary calls to action.
  • Keyboard-navigable interactive elements (navigation, form fields, accordions, tabs).
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion user preference, which disables non-essential animation.

4. Request assistance or report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this Site, or if you need information presented in a different format, please contact us. We will work to resolve the issue or to provide the information you need in an alternative accessible format.

  • Email: info@neuvegroup.com
  • Phone: (305) 204-8175
  • Office: 14125 NW 80th Avenue, Suite 302, Miami Lakes, FL 33016

When reporting a barrier, please include the page URL, a description of the issue, the assistive technology you are using if applicable, and how we can reach you. We aim to respond within five business days.

5. Reasonable accommodations

In addition to web accessibility, Neuve provides reasonable accommodations during the application, leasing, sales, and management process for individuals with disabilities, in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.) and the Florida Fair Housing Act. To request an accommodation, contact us using the channels above.

Equal Housing Opportunity. Neuve Group LLC complies with the Federal Fair Housing Act and the Florida Fair Housing Act. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local law.
